Savannah Surprise Proposals

Savannah is know as one of the most romantic cities in the country and rightfully so!

One of my favorite things about working in Savannah is the requests I get for surprise proposals!


These are always so sweet and I get to hear the most romantic love stories and watch these guys work so hard planing and surprising their girls! It's always so sweet!


These two were no different! He was the sweetest and carefully planned a surprise for his girlfriend. He picked Forsyth Park in Savannah because it was where his grandfather had asked his grandmother to marry him! I mean seriously! How romantic!


After a very easy yes from her we took a stroll through downtown! They loved the pretty staircases and cobblestone streets and they made some nice memories!

A Savannah Anniversary Celebration

Can you think of a better place to celebrate a special occasion than Savannah Georgia? Me either! These two definitely knew how to celebrate! However they weren't celebrating their wedding anniversary.


That's right these two for years have celebrated their first date anniversary instead of their wedding anniversary! Very cool concept right!


They planned a whole special weekend away in the Historic Savannah District complete with photo plans! They were so fun to work with! We strolled Savannah's historic cobblestone streets together and chatted and told jokes and I captured their love story in its purest natural form... them being them!

Capturing Love and Furry Joy: A Fall Couples Session in Historic Savannah with Two Adorable Dogs


There's something magical about fall in Historic Savannah – the air is crisp, the leaves have warm hues, and love seems to linger around every cobblestone corner. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a couples session against this picturesque backdrop, with an extra dose of charm added by the inclusion of two adorable dogs.


As we strolled through Foryth Park, capturing moments of love and laughter, the presence of the furry companions added an extra layer of joy and authenticity to the experience.


Forsyth Park in Savannah is one of my favorite spots for photographing families with their dogss! The park has plenty of room for the pups to play and its surrounded by historic homes, and majestic oaks draped in Spanish moss, providing the perfect canvas for photoshoots.


The couple's choice of fall for their session added a rich tapestry of warm hues to the already stunning scenery, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for their love to shine.


One of the highlights of the session was capturing candid moments of the couple interacting with their dogs. These unscripted moments perfectly encapsulated the genuine love and happiness that radiated from this little family. This session will forever be a celebration of love, joy, and the unique bond between humans and their beloved pets in a setting that will stand the test of time.
