These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, bybonniephotography.com (the “Site”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and my Privacy Policy. Please read hem carefully before using this Site.

I may revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. I make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety of your individual use of this Site. Should you choose to engage as a client, additional terms and conditions will be provided in my Photography Contract. Any supplemental terms and conditions in that Photography Contract are in addition to these Terms, and, in the event of a conflict, those supplemental terms will prevail.
2. Booking and Payments
To inquire about booking a session, please complete booking form and I will contact you regarding my availability. A session is considered booked only when a Photography Contract is signed by all parties and any required payment is paid. Service details—including pricing, session length, deliverables, and payment terms—are provided in each Photography Contract. 3. Intellectual Property Notice
Except with respect to third-party logos or content, all photographs, text, logos, design, and graphics on this website are owned by and the property of Bonnie Van Cedarfield and are protected by United States copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any photographs or other Site content for any reason, regardless of your status as a Site user or client. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
4. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Client intake is completed through this Google form, and payments, photography purchases and downloads, and Photography Contracts are processed through ShootProof, a third-party platform. I am not responsible for third-party websites’ privacy practices, content, security or services. By visiting any third-party websites or the above systems, you are also agreeing to those websites’ terms and conditions. Please review those terms as applicable.
5. Termination
If you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or otherwise inappropriate conduct in conjunction with this Site or my services, I may immediately terminate your use of this Site and any related communications as deemed appropriate, and may revoke access to this Site and my services at any time without notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” I DISCLAIM ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I do not and cannot guarantee error-free operation, continuous availability, or accuracy of
information or content. I am not responsible for any lack of functionality or loss of data or content as a result of your use of this Site or my services. IN NO EVENT
SHALL MY TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND MY SERVICES EXCEED THREE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($300.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES, WHICHEVER IS THE LESSER.
