This Privacy Policy explains how Bonnie Van Cedarfield d/b/a By Bonnie Photography (“I”, or the “data controller”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit www.bybonniephotography.com (the “Site”) or use my photography services (the “Services”). By using this Site or my Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Types of Information I Collect
When you contact me through the forms on this Site or otherwise interact with me as part of my Services, you may be required to provide the following information:

All payment information required to book a photography session and purchase your photographs is collected and processed through a third-party service provider, ShootProof. I also use ShootProof for distributing and storing client photographs and contracts. Please refer to ShootProof’s privacy policy to understand how your information is used, stored, and processed.
2. Types of Information Automatically Collected
This Site is hosted on Wix. When you browse this Site, cookies through Wix and third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information regarding you and your usage of the Site. Professional advisors such as lawyers or insurance or tax professionals, as necessary for my business operations and any other matters requiring their involvement; and

I do not sell any personal information received in my business. I receive clients’ prior consent before posting photography on this Site or my social media pages.
5. Data Rights
Should you request (1) correction of your personal information, (2) withdrawal of your consent to any of the practices described in this Privacy Policy, or (3) deletion of any of your personal information or photographs, please submit your request via e-mail or at my mailing address (contact information provided below).
6. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) years old (“Child” or “Children”), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from Children. Should I learn that any Child has provided personal information through this Site or my booking form, I will delete that information immediately.
When booking my Services through my booking form on this Site, I request the Client’s personal information and the age brackets of each person present at the photography session. Through this form, an adult client may therefore provide personal information regarding a Child who will participate in the session. Should the client desire not to submit such personal information, they can e-mail or call me at the contact information provided below.
During the session, I will capture images of participating Children as directed by the Child’s parent/legal guardian. I do not post photographs of Children on this Site or social media without prior parental consent.
7. International Data Transfer
My business is located in the United States. Users of this Site and any clients who are located outside of the United States should be aware that their personal information may be transferred out of their home countries and processed and stored within the United States or other countries.
