A Fun Couples Photo Shoot in Savannah, Georgia

Every love story is unique and deserves to be celebrated in a special way. Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing the love and joy of a very cool couple in a vintage-themed photo shoot in the historic city of Savannah, Georgia.

Many of you know I offer vintage car photo shoots to my clients. The reason I am able to offer this very one of a kind and unique Savannah experience is because of Savannah Vintage Tours! And I recently had the privilege to photograph the owner of Savannah Vintage Tours and 2 of the vintage vehicles!

Daniel and Kate have a great energy! They wanted a vintage theme and decided to use Wally their white vintage car, and Lola their classic scooter!

Savannah, with its picturesque cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and sun dripped trees made a great backdrop for this memorable photo shoot. The city's timeless charm effortlessly complemented the vintage theme the couple desired, creating a seamless fusion of love and history.

The Vintage Car: Wally-

Wally is a white classic French Citroen. It is British fitted stick shift meaning yes, the driver is on the right side of the car. Wally is also a convertible making for very fun shots! Against the backdrop of Savannah's charming streets, the vintage car transformed the scene transporting us back to another era.

The Classic Scooter: Lola -

Adding an element of playfulness to the shoot, the couple brought along Lola the classic scooter. With its vibrant yellow color and retro charm, the scooter injected a sense of adventure and youthful exuberance into the photographs. It served as a wonderful prop that allowed the couple to showcase their playful side and create some truly candid and joy-filled moments.

To ensure that every detail aligned with the vintage theme, the couple dressed in classic attire that perfectly matched the aesthetic. Their attention to detail and commitment to the theme added an extra touch of magic to the photos.

As a photographer, my goal is to capture the essence of the couple and their love story in a series of images. These two were so fun to work with. They share a love for the vintage style and for each other making their session fun and easy! They absolutely rocked their session! Scroll down and you will see what see what I mean! Historic Savannah Family Vacation

Family celebrations, vacations, and photos all go together!

This sweet set of siblings decided to gift their parents a surprise family photo session for their anniversary! How sweet is that?

They did a great job picking out outfits and planning. I also have to say they absolutely rocked their photo shoot! We of course did some photos of the anniversary couple who created this beautiful family, but we also did several groupings.

For extended family sessions we do big group shots, parents, each couple, children, grandparents with grandchildren, siblings and more depending. It is a lot of moving parts and quick paced but they totally nailed it!

They wanted a quiet spot with nature so we snuck away to a small square with less foot traffic. Savannah's squares each offer a different vibe but all are full of Savannah's southern charm! The squares that are quiet make for some of the best photo locations!
