One thing I love about Savannah is that it is a gathering place for families! I often hear from my families that they are spread out living in different parts of the country and they pick Savannah for a family vacation! Either the historic district or Tybee Island offer great options for large families staying for a week or more.

This is what Courtney's family was planning when she contacted me about a family session! They were all coming from different areas to spend time together and wanted that coveted big family group shot all together! And we did it!

These families had the cutest kids of all different ages! I love getting these big family photos especially when the kids are little. They will have this memory forever now to look back on when they get older! Of course, the parents and grandparents treasure these images too! They will get to look back on the moments when all the cousins were small and remember all those playful days!

For this family it was extra special because there were some new baby additions to the family! Their photos are now updated to include even the newest and smallest members!

Check out their sweet memories below! And if you are planning a trip with your family to Savannah don't forget to plan your family photos too!

This was a surprise proposal session turned engagement session!

Adam contacted me with his amazing news that he met his life mate Vernoica and was popping the question! He decided a trip to Savannah Georgia and a photographer was the way to go for this big life moment!

I may be biased but I 1000% agree that Savannah and a photographer are always a good idea! So, we ahead and made a plan! These surprise proposal pans always look something similar to a decoy date and me hiding in the bushes or pretending to be a tourist! But unfortunately, one thing neither of us could control was the weather on his proposal day!

So ya, it literally poured buckets that day and this poor guy couldn't keep this secret any longer! He planned for so long and the time was right, so they had their moment and it included her saying yes!!! I met them the next day (both were glowing with happiness) and we took a stroll through historic downtown including a stop in their now favorite square and we captured these moments below!

If you are planning a surprise question pop or recently just gave a ring or got a ring, then it's time for some photos!!! Fill out a booking form and I will be here to help you along the way!

It all started with a mini session special and ended with these sweet family images! This family is beautiful inside and out and it was my absolute privilege to work with Seth and Brittany again!

This time working with them they brought their cute kiddos along and I am so glad they did! Their precious kids are adorable and full of spunk! I love the playing and running during sessions! I mean that is what life like with two little ones right? So why not capture it! Their life with two little ones looks like a love story for the ages! Scroll down to see what I mean!

We took a super quick spin through Forsyth Park together. We even waited for a turn on the famous tree and it produced all the live oak vibes we always hope for!

A huge thank you to this super sweet Savannah family for allowing me to once again capture their memories!
